The first time Doug Davidson tried Cheese Bread, aka Pao de Queijo , he wondered why they did not have this savoury treat in Canada. 

After all what not to like? This snack is everywhere in Brazil. People eat it with coffee in the morning, as an appetizer, with juices and soft drinks during parties, it is perfect anytime. It is even sold in Starbucks and McDonalds in Brazil.

Back in Canada , and missing this staple of Brazilian cuisine,  Doug, his wife Sandra and son Lucas created Gramma Dee`s.

The Cheese Bread was adapted from a family recipe that Gramma used to make. Our recipe have four types of cheese that emulate the flavour that Gramma was so proud of! 

In addition Cheese Bread is also made with Milk (richer taste!) and it is Gluten Free, but you would never know. It tastes so good!
